The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) invites you to attend the AAAA 2020 Convention on Saturday, January 4 - Monday, January 6, 2020 at Little Rock Marriott in Little Rock, AR. A convention agenda can be found HERE.
Early online registration will close on Saturday, December 28, 201. Registrations after the 28th and onsite registration are highly discouraged as we need as much advance notice as possible in order to make the appropriate accommodations for the group.
Please note that the PAASS Program and Pesticide Recertification will be conducted all day on Sunday, and the Arkansas State Plant Board Drift Mitigation meeting will be Monday morning.

(Online reservations will but the much easier way to go, I promise!) The conference rate is $109/night. The discounted rate ends December 25, 2019 so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Exhibitors
Sponsorship availabilities can be found HERE and we now have online registration for our Allied Members! All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booth but if you need additional space please contact our office. Exhibitor set up will take place in Salons A, B and C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 4th, with tear down taking place on Monday, January 6th or at the conclusion of the Frost Reception & Auction. (Booths may not be torn down before the end of the reception.)
This year our sessions will again be on the same floor and right night door to our exhibit hall so you will have great networking opportunities during our vendor breaks. Also this year, our Sunday night reception will have some free alcoholic beverages and the auction will be now put on by the AAAA. Please don't forget to bring an item to be auctioned off at the reception.
We have been working incredibly hard to address your comments and concerns from last year, and we believe we have an exciting conference layout that will be beneficial to both you and our membership. everyone.
