It’s Time to Update Your Chargemaster

Terrance Wong, Principal/Consultant

Terrance started in the hospital financial industry in 1972.  He has ten years management experience in hospital Patient Business Services, five years of which he held the position of Director of Patient Business Services for two different hospitals. His hospital experience includes Desert Hospital Regional Medical Center (1981-1985), Northridge Hospital (1979-1981), Viewpark Community Hospital (1979), Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (1975-1979) and Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (1972-1975).  

Since October 1985, he has served as principal and consultant for Terrance Wong & Associates.  He is responsible for all administrative functions and serves as project manager on all projects.

Terrance is a past member of HFMA and served on the HFMA National Advisory Councils (NAC) - Revenue Cycle (2003-2005).  He was very active with the Southern California Chapter, serving on the planning committees for the Annual Institute and the Region 11  Symposium.  Since founding the company, Terrance has been and continues to be a frequent speaker for HFMA (regional, multi-chapter and chapter programs), AAHAM (statewide and chapter programs), CAHAM (statewide program) and VHA educational programs on chargemaster related topics.
