Now Accepting Applications for the Terbush Memorial Summit, May 27- June 1, 2017.

The Summit offers leadership and technical skills training for collegiate instructors, coordinators and managers.

Applicants will choose between the following courses:
  • Single Pitch Instructor 
  • Multi-Pitch Instructor
  • Mountaineering Instructor

All courses include food, camping, group gear, transportation from Western, leadership curriculum and closing banquet.

Investment: $625, includes all food, camping, group gear, transportation from Western, leadership curriculum and closing banquet.

This program celebrates the life of Peter Terbush, a collegiate instructor who died in a rockslide in Yosemite while heroically maintaining a proper belay on his climbing partner. You can read about his story, as highlighted in Climbing Magazine this summer.
