Looking to learn how to row? stay fit by using the most muscle groups in one exercise? or simply learn how to use the indoor rowing machine sitting at your house?
This Introductory Learn To Row (LTR) class will bring you from the catch to the finish as you learn proper rowing technique on the erg. This is a four (4) week class from Saturday Jan 8th to Saturday Jan 29th 9-9:30/9:40am. Classes are a half hour with ten minutes afterwards for questions/pointers as needed. This class is for adults and youth (7th grade & up). You will need an indoor rowing machine (aka erg) to participate.
