Do you want to be a better Team Player? Communicator? Listener? “How to Be a Good Team Player” will provide you with simple tools to incorporate into your every day work and personal lives to help you achieve all three.
Presenter:
Kelly Camp is the Director of Business Development at Landscape Resources- a family-owned commercial landscape company serving the Austin area for over 20 years. During her previous 18-year tenure at The Steam Team, Kelly helped restore commercial properties after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, and Sandy, 7 major floods in Central Texas, multiple wildfires, and the mother of all ice storms in 2021. She learned two of the most valuable lessons during that time - the importance of good communication and teamwork.
Kelly has a passion for public speaking and a talent for helping people improve communication, build confidence, and become a true team player by discovering both their strengths and areas needing improvement. She loves helping people be the best versions of themselves.
Kelly lives out near Lake Austin with her husband and 9-year-old son where she hosts a quarterly neighborhood vendor market, serves as Committee Chair for her son's Scout Pack, and as Communication Chair for a PAC focused on getting people to vote in local elections. Her free time is spent making succulent arrangements and working in the yard.
