Details:Would you like to learn more about CSR and how to incorporate this into your Strategic Plans?  Please join us for this exciting program as Dora Lutz, MBA, Founder and President of 3 Hawks Consulting and GivingSpring presents this interesting presentation to learn why CSR is so powerful and so cool!

During her presentation, Dora Lutz, MBA will educate us about why CSR is so powerful!  She will share with us the following:
  • Why sustainability is more than ecology
  • How you can create sustainable social activity as a part of your event
  • Considerations for building effective partnerships with the community
She will cover the five-step BEGIN process to help us understand how to utilize CSR which includes:
  • Get the Big Picture
  • E: Explore Investment Value
  • G: Garner Buy-In
  • I: Identify Issues
  • N: Narrative
As she presents this process, Dora will provide us with an opportunity to engage in interactive discussion with other session participants and provide answers to her thought-provoking questions. She will provide a handout for attendees to have as a takeaway of topics to implement CSR within their organizations and will discuss a few relevant case studies.

Keynote Speaker: Dora Lutz

As founder and President of 3 Hawks Consulting and GivingSpring, Dora Lutz enjoys building out action plans that business, nonprofit and governmental leaders can use to live out their 'why' and make the world a better place.

Dora is one of few certified Shared Value Consultants in the country, and leads the Global Strategy Council for Impact 2030, a United Nation's initiative designed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through Volunteerism and Service.

In addition to running her two businesses, Dora teaches entrepreneurship at Purdue University, serves on the board of Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana.  She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, and sharing an Indiana craft brew with anyone working to pull off a big idea.
