Ms. Colletti has more than 14 years of experience as a Civil Engineer with a master’s in City and Regional Planning specializing in environmental compliance in the energy and water sectors. She has extensive stormwater compliance experience specializing in MS4 programmatic efficiencies and BMP implementation. In the energy sector Ms. Colletti is adept at NPDES permit renewals, withdrawal permits, NEPA compliance, and 316a/b compliance including thermal modeling, BTA evaluations for intake design, and data analysis for demonstration reports.

Ms. Colletti also serves as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Chesapeake Water Environment Association which organizes CWEA representation for the Annual Water Fly-In in DC and collaborates on responses and comments of upcoming federal legislation that will impact the water industry. The committee is hoping to expand to have year round programs focusing on local and state legislations.
