Job Description/Responsibilities:
Maryland Environmental Service has a vacancy for an Assistant Engineer to provide project engineering support to the Water/Wastewater Engineering Division in Millersville, MD. The candidate will assist higher-level Engineers in the performance of technical reviews, proposal and report writing, collection and assessment of data, and project management. Minimum qualifications include a BS degree in civil, environmental, or sanitary engineering from an accredited college or university. Strong verbal, technical writing skills, EIT certification preferred. Must be computer literate, specifically with spreadsheets and word processing software. Must have a driver’s license with less than 6 points.
