Job Abstract

An experienced intelligence/crime analyst (3-5 years in law enforcement preferred) whose main responsibility is to master all technical aspects of the sales cycle, as well as help to ensure customer enablement and satisfaction of our open source platform. The analyst will be responsible to prepare and present platform demonstrations, address customer technical inquiries during the sales cycle, as well as identify market opportunities and trends. The analyst will also work closely with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements and provide support and guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:
Preferred Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science, Criminal Justice or a related field
* Prior experience with data visualization products such as Analyst Notebook
* Must be able to travel about 30% of the time
