The Position: We’re looking for qualified Water & Wastewater operators to serve our growing demand of clients. The pay range we’re offering varies on certifications and experience.

Water / Wastewater Operator D - $15.00 - $18.00 / Hr
Water / Wastewater Operator C - $18.00 - $21.00 / Hr
Water / Wastewater Operator B - $21.00 - $25.00 / Hr
Water / Wastewater Operator A - $25.00 - $28.00 / Hr We offer a team atmosphere with opportunities for further advancements in certifications and responsibilities. Other benefits include PTO, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance for our employees.
We also provide company vehicles, gas card, clothing stipend, training, opportunities and experience for certification advancement in collections, distribution, water and wastewater at all levels.

Requirements:

Clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate accurately, effectively and professionally within the team as well as with clients
Self-starter, problem solver
Desired Additional Experience:

Certifications in Water and/or Wastewater
Plumbing or mechanical experience
Responsibilities:

Follow operating procedures as outlined by the ORC
Maintain scheduling calendar, timesheets, work orders
Professionally represent AWWS to our clients as the “Boots on the Ground”
Measure and record, pH, temperature and chlorine residuals
Complete routine maintenance
Collect required samples within the specified time limits
Communicate with managers via email, online portal and telephone
Post required public notices as needed
Identify potential health and safety hazards
Our Team: Alberts Water & Wastewater Specialists is headquartered in Fort Collins,
Colorado. Our operators go to a variety of different systems and maintain systems of varying sizes and types. Our typical operator is assigned a “Service Route” and services multiple different systems throughout each day. Operators begin each service route directly from home and upload documentation throughout the day. AWWS holds monthly staff meetings and “One-on-Ones” for employee and manager to review clients together.

AWWS pays for Operators TU’s / CEU’s and examinations to further your certifications.
Operators receive support from other Operators and Managers and receive assistance as needed.
