Education & Health Centers of America, Inc. (EHCA) is seeking a EHCA Quality Assurance Director. In this role you will have general quality responsibilities for programs contracted with Federal, State (NJ), and Local agencies. The position requires extensive knowledge of regulatory standards including NJAC Title 10A, American Correctional Association Accreditation Standards, contract compliance standards, Prison Rape Elimination Act. The successful candidate will work closely with Facility Program Directors, Clinical staff, subcontracted staff and contract agency staff to ensure compliance with contracted obligations, accreditation standards and best practices. The position requires purposeful review and analysis of program performance data utilizing electronic and other means to ensure compliance, innovate, and improve processes as needed.

This position will report to the EHCA Chief Compliance Officer and/or Chief Operating and Clinical Officer, while also continuing a communicative relationship with Facility Directors, subcontractor quality staff, committees and on-site personnel, and the entire subcontracted operations and treatment teams. This position will cover various facilities at different locations in New Jersey.

• Possesses a thorough knowledge of contract compliance auditing practices.
• Bachelors' degree preferred.
• Must be able to work independently, have outstanding organization skills, attention to detail, and be task oriented.
• Possesses analytical skills, certification(s) and background.
• Personal computer, hardware and software, telephone, and fax machine.
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, data analytics, as well as Social Media platforms.


Comments:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Determines and reviews quality standards, procedures, and specifications for all programs.
2. Manages all areas related to Quality Assurance, including conducting regular audits and inspections.
3. Develops, reviews, edits and oversees the implementation of program policies and procedures.
4. Ensures ongoing subcontractor compliance in accordance with established EHCA company policies and procedures and EHCA contractual
requirements.
5. Review, revise and or develop policies/procedures to ensure subcontractor compliance with EHCA contracts and corporate mission.
6. Review, and when necessary develop new facility compliance instruments to ensure subcontractor fidelity to process, protocol and best practices.
7. Review, analyze and provide feedback to Facility Program Directors relative to reportable incidents, monthly outcome measures, and results of
facility internal audits.
8. Collaborate with Facility Program Directors and subcontractor facility quality assurance personnel to ensure that ACA, PREA and contract compliance
standards are maintained as an integral component of daily facility operations
9. Review and assist subcontracted facility quality personnel in the proper assembly of ACA, PREA and contract compliance files/ electronic files.
10. Lead internal audits of contract facilities.
11. Assist Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating and Clinical Officer in the development of corrective action plans as needed whenever required to
maintain contractual and ACA compliance.
12. Review external monthly reporting from facilities as well as internal reports.
13. Maintain system of appropriate data collection.
14. Utilize existing analytical tools and develop additional tools when appropriate and necessary.

$70,000 - $80,000
