M-F 8am-4:30pm

Position Summary:
• Under direct supervision, preform skilled landscape involving installation, maintenance, and repair of landscape, irrigation, and pesticide related products throughout all facilities and grounds.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities over others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Repair, install, and calibrate or adjust the maintenance of automatic irrigation systems. Apply herbicide/pesticides, prune or cut trees and shrubs, and perform other tasks related to grounds and landscape maintenance.
• Plan and schedule employees, materials, and equipment needed for the completion of assigned, routing, and emergency work.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data regarding landscape condition, site vegetation, inventories preventative maintenance, equipment condition, contracts administration, and related information.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including utility trucks, tractor mowers, and other related equipment. Transport equipment to job sites using small trucks and utility trailers in compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Assist new employees on standard job methods and procedures, the use of tools and equipment, and in the fundamentals of ground maintenance.
• Estimate and procure materials for landscape repairs and instillation.
• Preform related work as required.


Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
• Valid Colorado Driver's License
• Clean motor vehicle record with ZERO points in the past five (5) years
• No DUI, DWI, or Reckless driving on record
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Licenses, Registration, and Certifications
• May require HIPAA Training
