Qualifications:
You are:
- Current or former crime analyst, intelligence analyst, or related role.
- Personable! You'll be talking to end users.
- A peace maker. Our users are happy, but given enough time and circumstance, someone won't be. Can you empathize and give them grace?
- A motivated self-starter. When not conducting customer service, you may wear other 'hats', such as testing new functionality, giving demos, etc.
- Responsible and organized.
