Pollinator Partnership (P2) is looking for an experienced and passionate professional who possesses the skills to assist the administrative team with execution of administrative and finance duties for a non-profit organization. This candidate should be a detailed and team-oriented professional, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to the mission and values of P2.

Pollinator Partnership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the health of pollinators, critical to food and ecosystems, through conservation, education, and research. As the world’s largest organization devoted exclusively to the preservation of the birds, bees, butterflies, beetles, and bats, P2 plays a key role in preserving terrestrial ecosystems, promoting agricultural productivity, and enhancing local communities through pollinator-centered work. P2 has been actively supporting the conservation and protection of pollinators throughout North America since 1996. Pollinator Partnership Canada (P2C), established in 2013, is P2’s sister organization, and the two groups work seamlessly together across borders. Principal Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative, general office, and finance support for a nonprofit including financial coding, paperwork for funders and partners, and grant administrative assistance.
• Office duties including answering phones, sorting mail, and filing.
• Assistance with yearly financial audit, state taxes, and form 990.
• Process donations and ship materials to members.
• Assist with human resource duties including payroll management, insurance, onboarding, and employee benefits.
• Information Technology support.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all relevant accounting information.
• Assist with creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Distribute payments for contractors, services, and staff reimbursements.
• Create invoices for funders, donors, and others.

Compensation: $25,000 - $27,500 annually (20 hrs per week). Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Location: San Francisco, California - Financial District. This is an in-person position.

• Office administration, human resources and/or finance experience required (2+ years experience preferred).
