Genesee Water & Sanitation District is accepting applications for an outstanding full time permanent career position, with excellent growth opportunity in beautiful Genesee, Colorado. District Operators perform all functions required of water treatment and wastewater treatment facility operators as well as distribution and collection system operations, maintenance and repair. All operators work rotating weekend and on-call shifts and are required to be able to respond to emergency calls within thirty minutes. The District employs high caliber professionals and provides competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:
Industry experience and licenses are a plus, but are not required. Must have valid Colorado drivers license with acceptable driving record and High School diploma or GED. Must be dependable and able to cover all scheduled shifts as well as unscheduled overtime when required and emergency call-outs. Must be able to physically and safely perform all duties/requirements of District operations.
