Join ANDRIS Consulting as a Water Resources/Environmental Engineer and make a meaningful impact on sustainable infrastructure management. We\\\'re seeking an experienced professional to drive innovative solutions for water/wastewater/stormwater utilities while enjoying exceptional flexibility and growth opportunities. Candidate will be responsible for executing project tasks, performing analyses, developing conceptual designs, report writing, data management, and collaboratively working with other teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Support projects including but not limited to: long-term wastewater master plan development, long-term control plans for combined sewer overflow program management, municipal stormwater management plans, energy/greenhouse gas program management, compliance program management, capital project delivery support and asset management strategies.

2. Prepare Master Planning Documents, Feasibility Studies, Analyses, Compliance Documents and Reports.

3. Data management including developing and managing tracking spreadsheets and tools for project activities.

4. Perform technical evaluations and calculations for comparison of alternatives for wastewater treatment, collection system performance, and energy management.

5. Develop reports and presentations to document and communicate analyses performed.

6. Supported engagement with utility clients and consultants to collaborate on solutions to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans.

7. Develop communication materials that support decision making with internal and external stakeholders regarding utility goals and future investments in infrastructure to achieve those goals.

8. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications (Education and Experience)

-Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery supporting drinking water and/or wastewater utilities.

-Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Water Resources Engineering (preferred) or Environmental Science/Planning or equivalent.

-Strong technical writing, data management, and organizational skills.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Knowledge of alternatives analysis and project delivery.

-Knowledge of greenhouse gas mitigation, inventory process, and climate adaptation.

-Technical competencies to perform tasks with oversight.

-Self-management skills and eagerness to grow technical skills and project management skills.

-Proactive mindset: ability and desire to spot challenges early, suggest improvements, and take initiative to move projects forward

-If an engineer, Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer in Training certification (EIT) and desire to obtain PE.

-Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

-Experience with GIS and/or PowerBI.

Comments:
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 to 35.0 per week
