Drive the innovation and design of advanced electrical power distribution and process control systems for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities, making a lasting impact on community infrastructure.
Engineer and specify cutting-edge solutions for pumps, blowers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), SCADA systems, and process control instrumentation that optimize performance and reliability.
Create comprehensive electrical engineering designs, construction documents, and technical specifications that set the standard for excellence in water and wastewater projects.
Lead field investigations to assess current conditions and uncover key insights for system upgrades and improvements, ensuring every project is built on a solid foundation.
Empower clients by troubleshooting electrical and operational challenges within existing treatment and pumping systems, delivering solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Provide hands-on startup, commissioning, and operational support for new electrical and control systems, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal functionality.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to craft efficient, reliable, and maintainable solutions for complex infrastructure projects, fostering teamwork and innovation.
Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to drive projects forward and achieve successful outcomes every time.
Apply expert engineering judgment to solve technical challenges, supporting critical infrastructure systems that communities rely on daily for safety and quality of life.
Qualifications:
Expertise to the design of electrical power distribution and process control systems for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Enjoy hands-on work with pumps, blowers, VFDs, SCADA systems, and process control instrumentation, always ready to tackle new challenges and improve operations.
Ability to adapt seamlessly to both office and field settings, investigating systems, resolving operational issues, and supporting successful startups with enthusiasm and resourcefulness.
Ability to combine technical precision with practical insight, ensuring every project is both accurate and effective in real-world applications.
Enjoy communicating clearly and confidently with clients, contractors, and team members, excelling in collaborative environments and navigating technical challenges with a positive attitude.
Hold a Bachelor of Science ideally in Electrical Engineering
Hold a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license or be in a position to achieve licensure within six months, bringing commitment and drive to every opportunity.
