Details:
Teaching graduate-level courses in policy, intelligence, and terrorism, as well as other established program courses.

Visiting professors teach three courses per semester, also serving as an academic advisor and participating in department, school and university service requirements, supervising student research projects, or other engagement as required .

Responsibility / Duty
Teaching/Advising: Faculty will be able to teach graduate-level courses in policy, intelligence, and terrorism, as well as other established forensic and legal psychology courses. Candidate must be committed to program development and monitoring course content, course implementation, and practical experiences. Maintains appropriate office hours and advises students on program requirements as well as professional development/career opportunities.

Percent of total time 20%
Responsibility / Duty
Service: Building department program; enhancing student engagement and community outreach; participating in departmental assessment and faculty governance.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications-

- Master’s degree in psychology or related field (e.g., criminal justice, criminology, intelligence, national security, international relations).
- Commitments to interdisciplinary collaboration and service

Preferred Qualifications-

- Doctoral degree in psychology or related field (e.g., criminal justice, criminology, intelligence, national security, international relations) or anticipated degree in hand by August, 2017).
- Teaching and/or professional experience in policy, intelligence, and/or terrorism.
