CDM Smith has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service Leader to lead client engagement and business development for water infrastructure and resource services for multiple municipal clients in the Denver, CO market. CDM Smith has been providing water infrastructure and resource services in Denver for many years. We have worked on some of the largest water and wastewater projects for major clients throughout the area; we are looking for someone who will help develop the strategy of how to grow our Denver area water infrastructure and resource market.

As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
• Creating client engagement strategies and pursuit plans for new water and wastewater business in the Denver area.
• Developing and managing proposal efforts and presentations.
• Negotiating critical and controversial issues with top level engineers/scientists and officers of other organizations.
• Taking responsibility for an important segment of very extensive and highly diversified engineering/scientific programs, critical to overall CDM Smith objectives.
• Deciding the kind and extent of engineering/scientific and related programs needed for accomplishing CDM Smith's objectives.
• Selecting scientific approaches.
• Planning and organizing facilities and programs Interpreting results.
•Performing advisory and consulting work for CDM Smith as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area of considerable novelty and importance.
• Assisting on individual projects by other engineers/scientists or technicians.


Qualifications:
• A minimum of 12+ years of experience post bachelors degree
• A minimum of 5 years of water/wastewater project management or client management experience in the Denver area market.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge and multi-discipline experience planning, designing and managing large scale water wastewater projects.
• Registration as Professional Engineer.
