TZA Water Engineers has an outstanding growth opportunity for a Colorado-registered PE with five to ten years of experience in water/wastewater project management, planning, design, and construction administration.
TZA Water Engineers has specialized in the planning, development, protection and management of water resource projects for 40 years. The recent merger of TZA Water Engineers with Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc. (TZA/Lamp) has created an opportunity for a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer position in its Lakewood, Colorado office, one of Lamp’s four offices.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado, or ability to obtain registration within six months.
• Five to ten years of experience in planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment systems, pumping stations, water distribution networks, and wastewater collection systems.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado’s rules, regulations, and design criteria for public water systems and domestic wastewater treatment works is required.
• Ability to work with different personalities and professional styles.
• Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations.
• Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Experience in Colorado preferred.
