For our Fort Morgan, CO manufacturing facility we are seeking a WWTP Supervisor who will help us continue our successful trend in the global cheese and nutrition markets.

WE ASK OF YOU TO:
 Provides guidance and direction to a team of wastewater operators in our Wastewater Treatment Plant.
 Supervise and monitor the industrial wastewater treatment facility, department safety, and department efficiency for team.
 Monitors waste streams generated by the plant to ensure in compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, and to assure plant efficiencies, product quality, safety and cost control.

Qualifications:
YOU HAVE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
 High School or GED equivalent
 Wastewater Operator Class C or D licenses.
 Three (3) years or wastewater treatment operations (only water treatment experience will not be considered).
 Progressive operations experience as a Lead Operator ready for the next step or a current Supervisor/Superintendent.
 Intermediate Chemistry knowledge.

WE HOPE YOU ALSO HAVE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):
 Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or another related field.
 Five (5) years of related industrial wastewater treatment experience.
 Wastewater Operator Class A or B licenses.
