The Town of Windsor is currently accepting applications for a qualified Storm Coordinator for our Public Works Department. This is a full time, exempt position and benefit eligible. Incumbents generally work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, as needed.
As a member of the Public Works team, incumbents in this position administer, develops, coordinate, and document the Town's Storm water Management Program in accordance with the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) General Permit for storm water discharges associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).

Salary Range: $2,417.69 to $3,022.12, bi-weekly, depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as engineering (civil or environmental), geology, soil science or management or natural resources.
•Additional (minimum of two) years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement, which provides evidence that the candidate possesses the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
• Three (3) years of overall experience that includes a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the area of stormwater management and stormwater MS4 permit compliance
• A valid Colorado Driver's License that meets the Town of Windsor’s standards; ability to maintain throughout employment; Class B Commercial Driver’s License preferred
• Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) or Certified Stormwater Manager (CSM), or ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of employment

Must be able to pass a background screen, including a drug test.
