Qualifications:
At least five years experience in a related field is required, including at least three years supervisory experience in field employee supervision and administrative budget preparation, implementation, and monitoring. Must hold a minimum of Class “B” water license, Class “B” wastewater license, Class “1” collection license and Class “1” distribution license for the operation of a municipal water and municipal wastewater treatment plants.
