The Role: Pure Technologies, a Xylem brand, seeks to hire a Senior Project Manager to manage large scale pipeline condition assessment programs. This individual will be a part of a local team developing and implementing solutions for the Advanced Infrastructure Analytics group within Xylem. This is a client facing Engineering position. The individual should be capable of developing, managing, building and strengthening programs and relationships with clients and serving as the face of Xylem.

The Senior Project Manager requires a self-motivated engineering professional with at least 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry capable of demonstrating a history of effective project management.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Staff Engineers and Field Technicians that manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to confirm quality, on-schedule and on-budget completion;
Lead projects through hands-on project management and actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget;
Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders to manage and meet expectations;
Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of Pure's engineering and operations groups, and steward client satisfaction;
Provide technical assistance to staff and clients in resolving problems;
Define and implement project scope and plans in accordance with the contract terms, client’s needs, and Pure Xylems’ offerings from prospect development through project planning, execution and closeout;
Maintain highest quality reports and project deliverables that meet or exceed both client and internal expectations by implementing a deliverable quality assurance review appropriate to the project size and scope;
Coordinate and communicate routinely with Senior Program Manager and Client Service Manager;
Coordinate with regional Business Development Managers to support the hand off and delivery of projects and programs on-schedule and within set budget;
Coordinate and communicate with Business Development Managers to support client relationships that promote growth within the region;
Coordinate with Regional Operations Supervisor regarding scheduling of project management resources.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (science or mathematic) with a Master’s Degree in Engineering.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Interacts with staff, general public, clients, and contractors. Writing samples may be requested.
10 years related professional experience. Candidate must have Professional Engineering registration or capable of obtaining registration within 24 months.
