Job Details
The Research Analyst is responsible for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting in support of the College decision making process.  The incumbent collaborates with other departments on institutional data collection and analysis, tracks and analyzes student enrollment, retention, and completion, and performs a variety of survey research projects, including their design, administration, and analysis.  Plays critical role in supporting the leadership for strategic planning and institutional improvement.


Education: Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in social science, math, statistics, computer science or related field. Coursework in statistics.  

Experience: Minimum three years relevant work experience in research design, data collection and retrieval, statistical analysis and reporting, preferably in higher education.  

Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of statistical methodology, statistical software (SPSS), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SQL based query tools. Experience with information systems (Ellucian Colleague), database management, institutional research, assessment, data analytics and data visualization preferred.
