Summary: 
The Senior Research Analyst, reporting to the Associate Provost of Institutional Effectiveness, will facilitate evidence based decision making by providing data which will aid strategic planning, meet all accreditation criteria, and help the institution make informed resource allocation and policy decisions.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a research or analytical field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, Experimental Psychology

Minimum of five years of experience in Higher Education, preferably in institutional research or other administrative office in higher education (e.g., registrar, admissions)

Experience with IPEDS reporting

Demonstrated analytic and writing skills and ability to communicate quantitative and qualitative results

Demonstrated experience in pulling student academic records, financial information, and human resources records from electronic databases such as Ellucian Colleague, Banner, or Workday

Proficiency with SPSS or other statistical package

Ability to work independently and in a group/team setting

Finalist will be required to successfully pass a background check.
