Job Details
Required qualifications: 
1. Experience working with relational databases and coding in SQL. 
2. Knowledge of survey research design and methodology. 
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in presenting data. 
4. Bachelor's degree, preferably in a natural or social science field. 

Preferred: 
1. Experience with higher education reporting and data definitions (IPEDS, CDS, etc.). 
2. Experience conducting quantitative research in an applied setting (e.g., institutional research, program evaluation, survey research, market research, etc.). 
3. Knowledge of trends in the higher education industry. 
4. Experience working with SQL Server. 
5. Experience developing and implementing online surveys (Qualtrics preferred). 
6. Proficient in developing reports and data visualizations (Tableau preferred).  
 
Essential functions:
1. Oversee Drexel's institutional research survey program and manage the survey database. 
2. Work collaboratively with other units to develop new survey tools as needed. 
3. Assist the Associate Director as needed with reporting to external agencies (IPEDS, External guidebooks). 
4. Respond to internal requests for summary institutional or survey data. 
5. Other duties as assigned.
