Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent formal training in the related field of analyzing and validating data.
- Combination of education and related full-time experience for a total of six years of equated experience in that includes the maintenance and management of student records, functional data testing and validation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with Ellucian Colleague ERP.
- Experience in degree audit system programming and maintenance
- Able to work under pressure in a high volume office with short deadlines. Flexible schedule to accommodate the office when necessary.
- Experience in technology and its application to enrollment services.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
- Ability to perform detailed work independently, as well as, in a team environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to create interpersonal and group communication as well as public presentations.
- Ability to process sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
