Job Description:

  • Manages data collection and analysis and oversees the formulation of research reports to support the work of the College's academic and administrative divisions
  • Prepares state, federal, and college accountability reports according to documented requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assists in the preparation, follow-up, and reports for the college's accreditation agency and in the college's efforts to secure grants
  • Oversees the development, administration, analysis, and reporting of surveys that measure engagement, performance and satisfaction for both students and employees
  • Supervises Institutional Research Staff
  • Performs other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field; doctorate preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social science research methodology, statistical methods, data collection, analysis and interpretation
  • Experience with relational database systems
  • Three years of experience in institutional research, preferably in higher education
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff and student population

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of outcomes assessment in higher education
  • Experience with SPSS, SAS or similar statistics packages
  • Experience with data warehouse and business intelligence systems

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $ 80,000.00-$85,000.00
