About the Speakers:

Chad Walker is a partner in the Orlando office of Regan Whelan Zebouni & Atwood.  Mr. Walker is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar, and represents general contractors, residential builders, and trade contractors in a wide range of disputes arising out of construction projects. Mr. Walker’s experience includes high value design and construction defect claims, delay and disruption claims, and lien and bond claims. He also works closely with construction clients to develop contract documents in an effort to avoid disputes and to better protect their interests in the event of a dispute.
Mr. Walker graduated from the University of Florida – Frederick G. Levin College of Law with High Honors. He has received an A-V Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized as one of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine in 2014 and 2016. Apart from his busy law practice, Mr. Walker partners with his wife in various fundraising and advocacy efforts in support of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

Cary Wright has extensive experience representing clients in construction disputes, including: construction claims, defective products, mold, water intrusion, environmental and other sick-building syndrome issues; construction liens; insurance coverage matters; risk management; bond claims; and other contract disputes. Such engagements have involved bridges, convention centers, high-rise condominiums, highways, hospitals, and hotels.

Mr. Wright also has substantial experience in contract drafting and contract review including the preparation of owner-contractor agreements and contractorsubcontractor agreements. Mr. Wright is the recipient of The Florida Bar Construction Law Committee's 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award.
