The Florida Podiatric Medical Association's Science & Management Symposium (SAM) is held annually in Orlando, Florida during the month of January. SAM's educational mission is to promote continuing education in podiatric medicine, podiatric surgery, and practice management through workshops and seminars. Our commitment is to increase knowledge by offering every registrant the educational assistance needed to improve care for their patients and be successful in practice by promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments.

Please complete one registration form per registrant. All communication regarding SAM 2017 will be sent to the contact information provided. Your first and last name, as it appears on the registration form, will be printed on your SAM 2017 name badge. You must be registered for the entire program to attend any portion of the program. Some workshops and events may require separate fees.
