Every downtown organization needs to implement and manage development, infill, and preservation projects all while working with developers and creating business recruitment strategies. These approaches can work together or individually on a project-by-project basis. The MDA's summer 2018 workshop will review several topics related to housing, commercial development, financing, transportation, and cool tools that will promote new development in your downtown.
Rates:
Early Bird Rate: MDA Member: $85 Non-Member $110
After June 1 and at the Door: MDA Member $110 Non-Member: $160
Student w/valid ID: $50
Workshop Sponsor (includes one table and one registration): $250
Paid registrations canceled within 72 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

MDA members and guests may reserve rooms for $119.99 for the evening of June 7 at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 1687 North Dixie Highway, Monroe, MI 48162. Call 734-639-1701 and mention the MDA. June 7 at 5:30 p.m. please join your colleagues for the MDA Meet & Greet at Public House, 138 N Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48162. Cash bar. Dinner not included.

Visit www.downtownmonroemi.com/parking for a parking map for Downtown Monroe. There is free parking in Lot 3 (Riverfront) in the NW corner of S Monroe St and W Front and metered long-term parking is in the lot at the NE corner of S Macomb and E Front (marked in red).
