This online webinar covers all the additional 4 hours of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.24 for Minor's Counsel to apply as a new member on the Minor's Counsel panel. This is geared for new applicants only.   New applicants need to complete BOTH the in-person training and this 4 hour webinar to complete the requirements necessary for the application process.  In particular, this session covers applying to the panel and addresses FAQs.
