This comprehensive 2-day program covers all 12 hours of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.24 for Minor's Counsel.  Topics include:  authority of appointment,qualifications & duties; child's participation & desires; developing a rapport with children; interviewing for abuse & how that applies to Minor's Counsel interviewing & work; developing plans for children with special needs; CPS, child abuse, domestic violence & substance abuse; preparing children for Family Court Services or Judicial interview & much more.
