We are pleased to offer tabletop exhibit space to provide vendors the opportunity to promote their Collection System or Force Main related products, equipment and services!  Various sponsorship opportunities are also available.  Seating will be available for up to 100 attendees.  
 
Tabletop Display Space
A limited number of TABLETOP spaces are available on a first-come basis.  Four (4) Prime Tabletops will be in the same room as the classroom.  Ten (10) Standard Tabletops will be in an adjacent room where meals and breaks will be held. Times have been set aside in the agenda for attendees to visit the displays and vendors.  Vendor tabletops will be set up along the perimeter of the presentation room and the adjacent break room, and will consist of a 6’ long table. 

Tabletop fees are:
Prime Tabletop for PWEA Member * - $325
Standard Tabletop for PWEA Member * - $225

Prime Tabletop for Non-Member - $425
Standard Tabletop for Non-Member - $325

* To qualify for the Member fee, at least one person employed by the vendor must be a current PWEA Member or a current WEF Member with PWEA selected as their State Member Association.

Sponsorships
Breakfast Buffet - $150 (accepting multiple sponsors)
Lunch Buffet - $250 (accepting multiple sponsors)

Signage with your company logo will be displayed near the food and beverage tables.  
 
Registration for Tabletop Space or Sponsorships
Registration for a tabletop and/or sponsorships can only be made online. The registration deadline is October 4th. Payment can be made by credit card or a check can be mailed to arrive within 10 business days of online registration.  

A 3.5% technology fee will be added to all credit card transactions. The credit/debit card name and address information must EXACTLY match what is on record with the financial institution issuing the card or else the transaction will be declined.  This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.  Credit card numbers are NOT stored by PWEA or the payment gateway vendor.

Important Times for Vendors
Following are times set aside on the agenda for attendees to visit with the vendors.
 
7:00-7:50am Registration - Coffee & Pastries with Attendees
9:45-10:15am Break & Networking with Attendees
11:15am-12:15pm Lunch & Networking with Attendees
1:15-1:45pm Break & Networking with Attendees
3:15pm Conference Adjourns
           
Displays may be set-up the late afternoon or early evening on October 17, but should be set up by no later than 7:00am on October 18th.  Displays should be dismantled immediately following the conclusion of the conference. 
 
Conference Registration
One complimentary registration is included with the exhibit table.  Any additional representatives must register as an attendee at the regular Member of Non-Member rate.   For more information about the conference sessions, view the agenda on the Attendee Registration Page.  

Overnight Accommodations
Any overnight accommodations will be on your own.  PWEA does not have a room block at this hotel or any other area hotels.
