2015 I&E Chapter Challenge Guidelines

We're excited to let you know that this year's event will be better than ever–more than 65+ hours of education planned, numerous networking events, outstanding general and keynote sessions, a new Expo floor set-up, a Boot Camp on site, the International Fleet Academy co-located with I&E for the first time, the FLEXY Awards and much more–all taking place in beautiful (and warm) Orlando, Florida April 13-17.

I&E 2015 is your chance to join other NAFA members and colleagues representing all of our industry’s various groups and experience levels as we come together as fleet management community to learn about the latest innovations, best practices, and important updates.

We want you to join us! This year we’re challenging YOU, the members of our NAFA Chapters, to help make this the best I&E yet.

With that in mind, we are launching a fun and exciting Chapter Challenge! Fire up your competitive spirit and get together with your Chapter colleagues for a chance to win. Beginning at 12:01 am EDT on February 5, 2015 through 11:59 pm EDT on April 13, 2015, 2015 we’re challenging each Chapter to recruit as many members as possible to register for NAFA’s 2015 I&E.

There are 4 separate opportunities to win $500 from NAFA’s National Office for use towards a donation to the charity of your choice. The winning Chapter for each of the 4 opportunities (below) will win $500:

The top local chapter with the highest percentage of its members registered
The top national chapter with the highest percentage of its members registered
The top local chapter with the highest number of members registered
The top national chapter with the highest number of members registered.
The local category comprises the following Southeast US-area chapters: Sunshine State, Atlanta, Carolinas, and Alabama Chapters. The national category comprises all other NAFA Chapters outside of these four.

It’s easy to join in: register for I&E 2015. If you’ve registered already, you’ll be counted and included in the challenge. We’ll do the rest by keeping track of each Chapter’s progress and giving updates on results leading up to I&E. All you need to do is rally your fellow Chapter members to register and decide which charity to support when you win!

All winners will be contacted by NAFA by May 18, 2015 and leaders will be recognized at NAFA’s 2015 I&E in Orlando, FL. Look for regular updates from NAFA to chart your progress and see how your Chapter compares to others as the competition unfolds. This is your chance to help a good cause while taking advantage of all I&E has to offer–it’s a win win!
