The book we will be exploring, Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership: Eight Strategies to Ignite Passion and Transform Program Quality by Susan MacDonald. Ruby Martin will act as a guide for this experience and opportunities for professional networking will be included.\n\nThis 8-week series will begin by taking a deep dive into creating and perfecting program’s collaborative vision statements. As the book club journey progresses, we will look at positive energy in practice and how that energy can inform all aspects of the early learning program, causing quality to improve and employees to feel empowered.
