Brokerage - Speaker David Ramirez\n\n \n\Details:\nTABB SA\n\nThank you for those of you who attended last month's program on using a Different Approach to Leadership and Breaking Constraints by Eric Anderson.  I have attached the handouts  that were provided to the end of this email below.  \n\nThis month we will have David Ramirez, CFEE give an update to his eye opening AI in Business Brokerage presentation from last year.  Speaking for myself and perhaps a few others in the room, David’s presentation was the instigation for me to dive into the AI pool and get a ChatGPT account for my work and BBQ businesses.  Now is your time to ask your most basic to difficult questions and to up your AI game.  \n\nHere is David’s linkedin account below for further information on his expertise in the area and his professional speaking\n\n	\n		\n			\n			\n				\n					\n						linkedin.com\n						\n					\n				\n			\n			\n		\n	\n\n \n\nAs always the meeting location will be the Petroleum Club in San Antonio (7th floor - 8620 N New Braunfels Ave, 7th Floor) on Wednesday May 27th.  Cost is $30 for TABB members and $35 for non-members for one of the best lunches in town.  Our local chapter subsidizes the lunch to keep the cost the same for the past several years to encourage participation.  \n\nSocial begins at 11:15 am (NOTE THE NEW TIME), lunch at noon, BOD update from David around 12:10 and our monthly Education MINUTE from Avery with the presentation/discussion around 12:15.  We try to make sure we end by 1 pm to be respectful of everyone’s time.  Cash or Check at the door to me.  \n\nIt is important to RSVP so we have enough table settings for everyone.  PLEASE RSVP to me by EMAIL (doug@bbofsa.com) by the Close of Business next Friday May 22nd.\n\nHope to see you there,\n\nDoug\n\Location:\nPetroleum Club of San Antonio\n8620 N New Braunfels Ave # 700\nSan Antonio, TX 78217
