The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) invites you to attend the AAAA 2019 Convention on Saturday, January 5 - Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Little Rock Marriott in Little Rock, AR.
Early onine registration will close on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Registrations after the 29th and onsite registration are highly discouraged as we need as much advance notice as possible in order to make the appropriate accommodations for the group.
The agenda is still being finalized but a DRAFT agenda can be found HERE. Please note that the PAASS Program will be conducted all day on Sunday.
To reserve your room at the conference rate please contact the hotel directly at (501) 906-4000 or reserve online HERE. The conference rate is $115/night for a single and $125 for a double. The discounted rate ends December 21, 2018 so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Exhibitors
Sponsorship availabilities can be found HERE and we now have online registration for our Allied Members! All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booth but if you need additional space please contact our office. Exhibitor set up will take place in Salons A, B and C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 5th, with tear down taking place on Sunday, January 6th at the conclusion of the reception.
This year our sessions will again be on the same floor and right night door to our exhibit hall so you will have great networking opportunities during our vendor breaks. Also this year, our Saturday night reception will have some free alcoholic beverages and the auction will be now put on by the AAAA. Please don't forget to bring an item to be auctioned off at the reception.
We have been working incredibly hard to address your comments and concerns from last year, and we believe we have an exciting conference layout that will be beneficial to both you and our membership. everyone.
