Prof. Dr. Julia Hansch, Professor of Business Administration and Equal Opportunities Officer, is a proven expert in the effects of gender quotas and will provide an overview of the current discussion and share her perspectives on this issue.
Prof. Dr. Julia Hansch has been dealing with questions of Corporate Governance for 15 years. She already dealt intensively with comparative corporate governance during her doctorate at the University of Mannheim, and has since then been teaching and researching on questions of international corporate governance, especially in the environment of multinational corporations. Prof. Dr. Hansch is Professor for Economy and Head of Studies at the DHBW Mannheim. She is a guest professor at EDHEC in France, ESMT in Berlin and the Riga Graduate School of Law in Latvia.
