Join us for a CEQA Legislative Update from Matt Klopfenstein of California Advisors, LLC. The presentation will take a look back at the 2018 legislative session and also forecast what's ahead in 2019.

Speaker Bio

Matt Klopfenstein is the Legislative and Legal Advisor at California Advisors, LLC. As a registered lobbyist, he advocates for clients on issues regarding energy, transportation, high-tech, local government and the environment. He actively tracks and engages on legislation and regulatory proceedings for the firm’s clients. Before joining CalAdvisors, Mr. Klopfenstein worked as a law clerk representing local government agencies. He obtained a J.D. degree and the Capitol Certificate in Public Law & Policy from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif with great distinction. He received a B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
