Riverstone is an award-winning 2,000-acre master planned community, which at full build-out will include 6,578 residential units and 150-acres of retail and office properties. Timothy Jones, the developer of Riverstone, will discuss the challenges of developing a large master planned community from an environmental, land use, and permitting perspective.
Mr. Jones founded Central California Development Group LLC in 2007 and Valley Development Company LLC in 2010. Both are multipurpose entities developing residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in the Central Valley of California.
As an attorney, Mr. Jones focuses his law practice on civil litigation with a strong emphasis on real estate litigation, construction litigation, environmental litigation, and land use.
Riverstone is a 2,000-acre master planned community in Madera County, California. Riverstone was awarded the Best Master Planned Community in the Nation for 2018 by the National Association of Home Builders.
