This new virtual venue, called “Coffee with Experts”, is designed to serve as a cutting-edge showcase for water sector innovations. Included in this first session will be a discussion of strategies used for the engineering and construction of collection system rehabilitation projects that reduce inflow and infiltration and other causes of sewer overflows. The content should expand the thinking of utility managers, design engineers, and operational staff and will include relevant lessons learned through an interactive panel platform. Panelist will also discuss other issues including financial funding for rehabilitation programs and managing the effects of construction on customer service.
