Energy Workforce & Technology Council - Event Information
ESG Certification Program
This event is open to members and non-members.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Central
The ESG Committee, in partnership with Envision, an innovative global leader in corporate advising and coaching, delivers a competitive, forward-thinking ESG Certification Program.
The unprecedented events of 2020 have brought environmental, social and governance issues to the forefront of public policy and for society.
Oil and gas companies must be responsive to the ever-changing ESG expectations across their supply chains and while the challenges are many, the ESG Certification Program will give you the ESG tools needed to implement and sustain an ESG program. The ESG Certification Program presents participants with a comprehensive ESG experience, from the fundamentals of developing an ESG program, to discussions on frameworks, materiality, and reporting. The program goes further to look at current and emerging ESG issues like emissions and auditing. You will also learn techniques to develop your ESG message as a market differentiator. Each program session builds on the last and there is an emphasis on information sharing, networking, and engagement.
In addition to four half-day seminars, participants will engage in an ESG maturity assessment and individual ESG mentoring.
Members who complete each of the Council's three signature training programs will be recognized as a Energy Workforce & Technology Council Certified Executive. The designation is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and build knowledge essential to the oil and gas industry.
