Join Energy Workforce and PwC for the Great Rehire series. In this session we will explore the genesis of the "Great Resignation" and how you can use it to be the "Great Rehire." We will discuss trends, what companies are doing, and provide an overview of the webinar series. Each session will provide a deeper dive on topics that can help you think about how you can ‘Rehire’ your employees -- and attract new ones.
Speaker Bios:
Cydney is a Partner in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice. For over 20 years, she has specialized in the implementation of comprehensive people, change, communication and marketing strategies. She has worked with clients in the areas of:
•People strategy and change management for business transformations, M&A, ERP and Cloud implementations, process redesign, external and internal strategy
•HR transformation and system selection
•Creation of internal change COEs and capabilities for clients
Within PwC, Cydney is the Product Owner for our Adoption Central suite of Digital Change tools, and is on the Global Culture, Leadership and Change committee. She also sits on the HR Committee of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council, and industry association. Most recently Cydney has been working with companies to implement new technologies and automation, merge organizations, shifts back to the office and operational delivery models.
Zach Horowitz is a Manager in PwC’s Workforce Transformation Practice and a member of the firm’s Digital Accelerator Program, which is a national team focused on developing digital products to enhance the employee and client experience. Zach has worked with clients across various industries to deliver Human Capital solutions to address priority issues such as system implementations, operating model transformations, talent assessments, and organizational restructuring. Unique to Zach’s approach is his emphasis on the employee experience, designing creative solutions to drive adoption of systems and incentivizing targeted behaviors.
