The PACCA Education & Policy Committee is a PACCA-only member committee that monitors and keeps abreast of developments and trends in Pennsylvania's Early Care & Education System. The committee tracks and reacts to proposed legislation and administrative procedural and/or policy changes and makes recommendations on system improvements and innovations to support children, families and programs.
