Event Description
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at Christopher Newport University on May 28th, 2026. There are opportunities to present your research in oral or poster format. Arrangements for the meeting are underway, but typically there will be a meeting check-in, oral presentations, lunch, a plenary speaker, a poster session, and an awards ceremony. Details coming soon! On May 29th there will be a council meeting, only Council members need to stay until Friday.
New this year: If you are presenting, the registration form asks for your title and abstract. Please submit as final a version as possible. There will be a chance to correct the title, abstract, and author list before publication.
