With over 35 years of experience in indoor air quality, he specializes in mold and VOC investigations across Florida and the eastern United States. A long-standing BOMA member, Rob currently serves on the local board of directors and brings decades of practical field expertise to environmental diagnostics and consulting.
Simon Hahessy
Founder & President, AirMD
Simon Hahessy is the Founder and President of AirMD, a building science and environmental consulting firm operating throughout Florida and 18 additional states. With more than 25 years of experience, he has expertise in indoor environmental quality, toxicology, and environmental microbiology. As Scientific Director, he leads AirMD’s technical methodologies, investigative protocols, and quality assurance programs, ensuring a high level of scientific rigor across all projects.
