Leandro Barrodo, CIO North America
Vallourec
Leandro Barroso was appointed the CIO for the NA Vallourec region in 2019 as part of the global IT executive team. In late 2020, he accepted the challenge to create the global Data Factory department, consolidating the global data initiatives and deploying a unified data architecture and data governance model. Leandro has nearly 20 years of experience in IT with Vallourec, starting his carrier as part of the SAP team and holding several positions like project manager, governance manager, and infrastructure manager.


Graham Dey, VP - Business Development, Product Line Management & Sales Support

Dey started his oilfield career in Aberdeen Scotland in late 80’s working with BOP’s and BOP Controls, added Roughneck and Top Drive technology in the early 90’s covering European and North African markets. Dey moved to Houston in 2001 and currently responsible for Product Line Management in NOV’s Rig Technologies team. From operations to newbuilds, in global land and offshore markets, he has been privileged to witness the personal effort individuals, teams and companies put into making our industry safer and more efficient.  

Amanda Edwards, President & CEO
The Community Based Solutions Firm
Amanda K. Edwards is an attorney and native Houstonian with a passion for empowering communities through solutions, engagement and public service. Amanda currently serves as the President & CEO of The Community Based Solutions Firm, and she is the founder and Board President of Be The Solution: Community Empowerment Organization. From 2016-2020, Amanda served as the Houston City Council Member in At-Large Position 4. During her tenure as a City Council Member, Amanda served as Vice Chair of the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Committee. She also served on the Economic Development Committee and the Transportation, Technology and Infrastructure Committee. While on City Council, Amanda initiated and led the Mayor’s Technology & Innovation Task Force to cultivate a stronger innovation economy in Houston. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and a juris doctor from Harvard Law School.

Scott Gale, Executive Director, External Engagement
Halliburton Labs
As Executive Director at Halliburton Labs, Scott oversees External Engagement and collaborates to build a thriving clean energy community on the Third Coast and around the world. He actively supports multiple startup organizations as a mentor, advisor, and investor. After five years in chemical sales and product management, he joined Halliburton in 2014 where he managed multiple strategic efforts taking new technologies from ideation to commercial success at scale. Scott holds a chemical engineering degree from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of Rice Business. He serves on the Rice Business Alumni Association Board and the Energy Advisory Board for the Rice Alliance Clean Energy Accelerator.



Juliana Garaizar, Head of Houston Incubator and VP of Innovation
Greentown Labs
Juliana is the Head of Houston Incubator and VP of Innovation for Greentown Labs. A Board Member of the Angel Capital Association, Juliana is a Lead Investor of the Portfolia Rising America Fund that invests in BIPOC and LGTBQ founders, as well as the Portfolia Consumer and Rising Tide Funds. She is also an Advisory Board Member of the University of Houston Cougar Venture Fund, the Houston Diversity Fund, the Investors of Color network and Impulse4women. A Kauffman Fellow experienced in Bridging the Gender Gap in investing, she is part of the City of Houston’s Women Commission. Juliana was the Texas Medical Center Venture Fund Director and the Managing Director of the Houston Angel Network. She was the Manager of the French Riviera's Sophia Business Angels network and Antipolis Innovation Campus and Project Manager of several International Projects funded by the European Commission. Previously, Juliana worked for five years in Singapore: first as an International Trade Consultant for the Trade Commission of Spain in a broad range of industry sectors and then as a Project Manager for the Asia Technology Office of Citigroup, leading projects at the international level. Juliana obtained an MBA at the London Business School and Haas School of Business in Berkeley, specializing in Entrepreneurship.

Sebastien Lehnherr, CIO
Schlumberger
Lehnherr brings nearly 20 years of experience driving strategic technology and security initiatives at Schlumberger, which will be instrumental as Onapsis guides customers on the next phase of their digital transformation journeys. A proven technology executive with a strong cybersecurity and operations track record, Lehnherr possesses a keen understanding of what it takes to deploy differentiated technologies and applications to drive performance and support digital transformation ambitions. Lehnherr has held various information technology, software product development and cybersecurity leadership positions at Schlumberger, including Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where he oversaw the company’s global, enterprise-wide security strategy.

Scott Sanderson, Global Director, Business Development
AWS Energy & Utilities
Scott is a Director in AWS’ global Energy & Utilities business, where he leads development activities in energy-specific cloud-based solutions.  He has been an Energy professional for over 30 years, working in Nuclear Energy, and Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas.  He spent 18 years, including ten as an Partner in Deloitte Consulting’s Energy Practice, was an Independent Operator (six different assets both onshore and marine), and an Energy Merger and Acquisition Investment Banker. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
