Mr. Wesson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2022. Prior to his current position he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations , Vice President of Operations, Completions Manager and an Operations Engineer since joining Diamondback in 2012. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Wesson served in various operations and engineering roles for BOPCO from 2010 to 2012 and ConocoPhillips from 2007 to 2010. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a member of the Permian Basin Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Buchanan is a Partner and has been with the firm since 2006. Mr. Buchanan started with PPHB as an analyst and worked his way up through the ranks of Associate and Vice President and ultimately was promoted to Partner in 2014. His responsibilities include managing the operating staff, leading and supporting transactions as well as sourcing new clients. Mr. Buchanan grew up in the energy industry and has always had a keen interest in the segment. Mr. Buchanan received his BBA in finance from Texas A&M University and MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Sponsors
